Spring is officially here which means the plants are Growing - Growing - Growing!!
I am getting impatient and really want to get back in the kitchen, unfortunately I don't have much fruit to work with. So I have decided to start a new hobby for the winter months. This year I will be offering Herbal Vinegars and decoration herb jars...(see pictures below)

On a different note...
I am going to also start making Spiced Apple Butter this coming week. It is by far one of the best sellers, and I had better start building up my stock so I don't run out again this year.
